Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. All information provided must be accurate and complete. Users must not impersonate others or provide false information.
4. User Content & Community Guidelines
4.1 Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they submit. By posting, you grant Caindil a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content.
4.2 Editing and Use of Content
Caindil may edit submitted content for clarity, readability, and structured presentation, as well as for analytics or statistical purposes. All edits will preserve the original meaning of the content. AI tools may be used to assist in improving content quality.
4.3 Content Use by Platform
User content may be used for platform improvements, aggregated or anonymized data insights, and community engagement.
4.4 Prohibited Content
Users must not post illegal, abusive, harmful, or offensive content, misleading or false information, spam or advertisements, or content violating intellectual property rights.
4.5 Moderation Rights
Caindil reserves the right to remove, restrict, or suspend any content or user accounts that violate these Terms. No content is guaranteed to remain published indefinitely.
5. Interactions & Community Responsibility
Users engage at their own discretion. Caindil does not verify the accuracy of any user-generated content. Community feedback (ratings, comments) does not imply endorsement by Caindil.

Caindil is a platform for sharing problems and ideas; no business outcome or success is guaranteed. Content on the platform does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or business). Users act on the information at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Caindil is not liable for decisions or actions taken by users, outcomes resulting from user-generated content, or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of submissions.
8. Payments
The platform is currently free to use. Paid features may be introduced in the future, with clear terms.
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed from active systems. Certain information may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or operational purposes.
