Uniformed forces often work in highly demanding environments where long working hours, irregular sleep, heavy workloads, emergency duties, difficult field conditions, and separation from family can cause physical and mental stress. Over time, continuous stress can affect a person's health, concentration, decision-making ability, job performance, and overall well-being. In many cases, early signs of stress are not identified because personnel may not openly share their difficulties or may only receive support after the problem becomes serious. There is a need for a simple and reliable system that can identify possible stress and welfare risks at an early stage. Our proposed AI-based system will analyze suitable and privacy-protected information such as workload, duty hours, sleep patterns, leave gaps, working conditions, and voluntary feedback to identify changes that may indicate increased stress. The system can provide early alerts and welfare insights to authorized personnel so that appropriate support, counseling, rest, or other assistance can be provided at the right time. The main goal is to support the health and well-being of uniformed personnel, reduce the risk of burnout, improve overall welfare, and help create a safer and more supportive working environment while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and human oversight.
