I recently went to my sister house and saw my nephew drinking his morning health drink. I picked up the pack and checked the label. It was loaded with sugar and preservatives. This is what we give kids thinking it is healthy. They get used to sweetness from very young age, stop eating real food. Instead if there is alternate way small nutrition bites from natural things like ragi, makhana and amla with no sugar and no preservatives paired with a fun habit calendar would give kids real nutrition without any stress for parents.
