Lack of public awareness about online government service application process in IndiaIn Andhra Pradesh many citizens face difficulty applying for essential doccumentssuch as voter id,pan card,pass port,caste and income certificates.All these services are provided in official online portals and government service centers. But so many citizens don't know the correct application process even though they are literate people. If they ask with someone else for the procedure of applications they told like to to netcare or go to meeseva centre they will apply and they will give to you within 1 week or couple of days.No one is telling the actual procedure because of this may so many citizens will become lazy, uneducated.

After surgery, going back to the hospital for every follow-up checkup can be really difficult, especially during recovery. Even when the patient only needs a basic check or routine care, travelling to the hospital can be tiring and inconvenient.
Every time our water can gets delivered, I wonder if it's really RO-purified or just tap water in a can. The supplier says RO, but there's no seal, no certificate, no way to check. Testing it myself would mean buying a TDS meter, which nobody actually does. So we just trust the label and hope it's not making us sick.

Which hospital is good, will the doctor understand them, what's it going to cost, none of it is clear when you're already unwell and far from home.A Bengali tourist in Kerala or a foreigner in Delhi hits the same wall, just in a different language. Right now people panic, ask the hotel reception, or walk into the nearest clinic and hope for the best.
