Do we need a washing machine for our footwear?
When was the last time you actually cleaned your footwear. They are the most used and dirtiest things we own. Every day they go everywhere we go and come back carrying all of it. Without regular cleaning they start smelling and bacteria causes infections. We put them right at the entrance of our home without 2nd thought. A normal footwear stand but with a bit of innovation can solves this. When you place your shoes inside it automatically sprays a light cleaning and deodorizing mist. Same stand you already have, just smarter.
You move to a new city for work and suddenly have no one to play cricket with..
For me cricket is emotion like it is for most people in India. Recently got a job and moved to Chennai. Back home we played every weekend. Here I know nobody. Recently joined in a local club but even after paying fee there is no guarantee you get to play. Two months in and I have not touched a bat once. Is some platform connects people like you intrested in particular sport, where you tell your sport and your role like batting or bowling, it puts you in a team, organises proper tournmenets every weekend on a good ground. Not just cricket, same for badminton, football, anything. Nothing beats love for cricket.
What if you could own a cow in a village and track it from your phone.
I live in a city and love cattle but I cannot raise them here. Every house consumes milk daily but we never really know whether it is real milk or powdered. Owning a cow also gives monthly income. Last month for my wife's birthday I gave her gold. But what if I gave her a buffalo instead. She gets fresh milk and monthly income from it every single month. If someone sets up cattle hostels, takes care of everything, updates health and earnings on an app and takes a small commission per cattle then on weekends we visit the farm, spend time with our animal and come back home with fresh milk.
Heavy snake proof boots are not what farmers really need in paddy fields.
When I went to my village I spoke to a woman who goes for daily wages to farms. She told me last year she lost three toes because of a snake bite. I asked her why she doesnt wear boots. She said boots are too heavy, we cannot work with that in wet fields whole day. That answer stayed with me. Paddy and wet fields are where most dangerous snakes hide and farmers go barefoot. Boots exist but they are not suitable. Why not a flexible sock kind of thing made from good snake resistant material, affordable enough for daily wage farmers. Light to wear, strong enough to protect.
Thousands of acres, adopted forests, passion or business? Carbon credits is a big business.
Ever connected these dots. Why Ambani and Adani adopt thousands of acres of forest like Vantara. Passion maybe. But actually industries that pollute have to buy carbon credits by law to offset that pollution. Every tree generates these credits. So whoever owns the forest can sell those credits and earn real money. Small companies who want to buy credits dont know where to go and getting cheated also. If someone builds simple marketplace where companies buy verified credits and farmers or landowners sell credits from their trees both sides benefit. India Carbon Credit Trading Scheme already started in 2023. Whoever builds this now will own the market when it becomes compulsory for everyone.
People are saying no to packet milk and willing to pay extra for fresh pure milk.
We used to live in village and directly buy fresh milk from farmer. Then we moved to nearby town 10km from my village and started buying packet milk. Same milk from nearby farmer goes to dairy then factory then travels long way and comes back in packets with chemicals and powder. Fresh milk is right there 10km away but we are buying same milk after it travelled 500km. Its like touching your nose from behind. If someone organises this properly, collect from nearby dairy farms and supply pure fresh milk locally, people will happily pay extra. Many rural youth already setting up dairy farms. Easy market to enter and demand is already growing.
Tool or software to know the exact price when buying a second hand electronic gadget.
I recently wanted to buy a second hand laptop and checked different websites. Every seller quotes something different and I had no idea what the right price was. The bigger worry is what if it works fine for a couple of days and then starts lagging. You pay, you hope and sometimes you regret. A tool that checks the device model, year, current performance, speed, charging health, physical damages and gives a fair price before you buy would fix this completely. For laptops, mobiles, cameras, everything.
Old clothes are going to waste but no one is recycling fabric it has..
Millions of people throw away old clothes every year. We think about giving them to charity but most are too worn out to donate so they end up in the trash. Textile companies spend huge amounts buying raw fiber to make new fabric. Those same old clothes can be recycled into fiber and sold directly to manufacturers. It reduces waste, cuts their raw material cost and generates real income from something people were throwing away for free.
It is high time we upgrade coconut harvesting from dangerous tree climbing to smart technology.
India and Asia together produce most of worlds coconuts. But still today farmers have to climb those tall trees to harvest. It is dangerous and no skilled climber as well. Small hybrid trees came as alternative but tall trees are still majority. Not only coconut, so many other tall trees also have same problem of risky plucking. Technology is upgrading everywhere, drones are flying food in cities, machine learning is solving complex problems. But nobody built a proper solution for this.
Train tickets are always RAC or waiting list other hand private buses run half empty.
I work in IT Hybrid schedule should travel Bangalore to Hyderabad almost every month. Every time I check for train tickets they are either RAC or waitlisted. I end up risking a waiting ticket or paying a lot more for a private bus. The train is affordable but never confirmed. The bus is confirmed but too expensive. I am stuck choosing between the two every single month. Private buses on this route run 30 to 40 percent empty. Moving waitlisted passengers into those empty seats at a price between train fare and bus fare solves this without adding a single new vehicle.
I always think about buying land the same way we buy stocks.
I am done with stocks and everything its bleeding red always. Land is the safest investment but buying a full plot as a salaried employee is just not possible for most of us. Every month I save but it is never enough to buy land alone. I always think why cant we own land the same way we invest in stocks, small amounts, part by part, without taking the whole burden alone. So many salaried people like me have this same wish but no solution exists for it yet.
A skyscraper in the city takes 6 months. A small house in rural India takes the same. Something is wrong.
Owning a house is every one's dream but the process is slow unorganised and expensive. In cities big buildings come up in less than 6 months. But in rural areas building one small individual house takes the same 6 months, unknowingly families spend so much more than they planned because delays cost money.Skilled labour is available in rural India but nobody is bringing commercial pace and coordination to this space. Taking up group construction projects in villages, multiple families building at the same time, at bulk materials comes in bit discount, good quality and cost comes less.
We have franchises for pizza and coffee, why not for village farming.
I am from village and I seen how hard farmers work and they sell everything fresh to big factories, factories add chemicals and also as always farmer is under paid. The idea is not delivery but processing. Change the form of the product right where it is grown. Chillis into chilli powder, mangoes into pulp, strawberries into jam, cocoa into cocoa powder. When you process it there itself shelf life increases, logistics cost reduces, no need for heavy chemicals and product value goes up. Farmer earns more, rural people get jobs and customer gets real quality. Export it sell it under one brand name. Same franchise model, just for farming.
Someone is ready to pay 25% to 50% of your next international flight.
3 years back I moved to Japan for work. I always wanted to bring my parents here but they cant speak English or Japanese. One way I can travel with them but other way I cannot go again as it becomes too expensive for me. Airport staff helps at one counter and leaves, they cant take care end to end. So many people travel same routes every day. If someone already on that flight helps my parents through checkin, immigration and boarding for small fee that solves everything. Every traveler carries passport so verification is already there. Same way we can also send urgent parcels or documents through trusted travelers on same route.
Make in India opens a massive marketplace opportunity.
People like me want to support made in India products so it empowers local opportunities. Every time I search on Amazon or Flipkart everything is mixed together, Indian Chinese foreign all. I spend extra time filtering and most times just give up. India manufactures everything electronics clothes food appliances A to Z but no verified platform where I can be sure everything is actually made here. A separate platform only for verified Made in India products where everything is checked before listing. People like me will use it every day and new Indian brands also get place to grow.
Small cracks in the road becoming potholes and small ponds.
I live abroad and visit India regularly. Every time I come back road conditions are same problem. Small cracks are ignored and they become potholes and during rains they become small ponds. For small cracks you cannot lay new road. But you can fix it early, like how we use fevikwik to fill a crack at home, same way if there is a good material that fills the pothole or crack, stays firm and lasts long that is enough. No big project no big budget. Just fill it before it gets worse. Reduces accidents, pollution and saves so much money compared to rebuilding the whole road later. If the problem is exist present solutions are not solving clearly.
What if your wedding budget became the down payment for your first home.
I am younger of two siblings and my father spent 25 to 30 lakhs on each wedding. That money is gone, When my turn comes I dont want to waste that money same way. My idea is use that money to own a house or property and get marriage right there. Obviously that money alone is not enough for full property so remaining amount on EMI using that home as collateral. But doing everything on my own, finding property, arranging wedding, getting bank loan all together is next to impossible. If some company does this end to end, ties up with banks for EMI option and manages everything, money spent on wedding actually becomes an asset you own.
Paid for a full year gym membership but went only 30 days in total.
Mornings we feel lazy. Evenings after work we are tired and we think lets go tomorrow. That tomorrow becomes lets start fresh from Monday. Is it because we are lazy or is it because we have to travel to gym, change outfit, spend one hour just getting there before even starting workout. We paid full year membership and went only 30 days. If someone makes compact home gym that covers full body workout and fits in one room at affordable price, equipment is already at home, no travel no outfit change no excuse. Only thing left is to start.
Platform to connect unemployed engineering graduates and IT professionals for skill upgrade.
After my CSE graduation I didnt get job, companies said my skills are not enough. So I moved Hyderabad joined coaching classes and searching jobs attending walkins. Classes are overcrowded not learning properly. In my PG one anna working IT job and evening driving Uber for extra money. He already knows everything I am paying to learn. If someone connects people like me to people like him, he earns by teaching and I learn real skills with real projects. Maybe he refers me also later.
40% Ecommerce oders returns are a huge loss for companies. Can be solved by this way.
Two years back we started our first clothing brand and within a couple of months 35% of orders started coming back. Not because products were damaged but wrong size or colour. Every returned item felt like money we already spent going nowhere. Small sellers like us in Tier 2 cities have no system for this and nobody is helping. As a seller the biggest relief would be knowing that every product that leaves your warehouse never comes back. Someone who collects these returns from customers, sorts the good ones and sells them to local vendors or B2B platforms builds a real business out of what everyone else is treating as a loss.
My day starts with big goals and ends with 8 hours of screen time.
I am 25 and this is the hardest phase for anyone. What we do now will reflect later in life. Inside I want to achieve big things, big goals and plans. Every morning I tell myself today I will study, work out, be productive. But the day ends with 8 hours of screen time and nothing done. Only regret and guilt. And then the same thing repeats tomorrow. So many people my age are stuck in this same loop every single day and solution is indeed.
Solo Travellers Has the Excitement But No Single App That Does All the Planning For Them.
I love solo travelling but every time I plan a trip I am jumping across 10 different apps just for stays, food and places to visit. I just want to enter my destination, days and budget and get everything sorted. AI can suggest places but it cannot connect me with other travellers going to the same place or a local who actually knows what is happening there. A platform that plans everything day by day and also connects you with fellow travellers heading to the same destination and local events happening right there would change everything.
We talk about recycling plastic but nobody is talking about waste tyres and EV batteries .
I wonder how many vehicle repair shops are there in India and every single one of them is covered with old used tyres outside. Every day tons of tyres are generated and nobody using this opportunity properly. Not only tyres, EV batteries also have carbon black lithium and cobalt inside, materials worth serious money. If someone process this and recover carbon black from tyres, extract lithium cobalt from EV batteries and sell to manufacturers. Rubber from tyres can also useful and can make into different products. Raw material is free and already outside every repair shop. 2026 EPR laws make recycling compulsory so demand is growing.
Health tracking ear tags and smart pregnancy kits for cattle, dairy farming in need.
Few years back I quit my job and came into dairy farming. Biggest problem I face is cattle not conceiving. We give sperm with doctor or bull and then wait two months and again call doctor to check if she is pregnant or not. Like humans have small pregnancy test kit at home same thing for cattle also saves so much time and money. And like we have smartwatch to track our health same way ear tags for cattle that tracks activity feeding temperature helps detect problems early. Farmer should not wait for doctor visit to know basic things about his own cattle.
Every plastic bottle you use lives 5 times longer than a human, natural alternative is here.
We all witnessed how plastic bottle prices suddenly increased when crude oil prices went up. That direct relation is a dangerous problem when we have no alternative and fully depend on it. We use the bottle once and the earth carries it for 400 to 500 years. Five human lifetimes for one minute of use. Our ancestors carried all kinds of liquids without plastic by using bamboo, banana leaves, coconut shells. Nature always had the solution. With present day innovation if we use those natural materials we can make biodegradable and environment friendly alternatives that actually work.
My biggest insecurity is underarm and inner thigh darkness.
I am 28 and I look fine overall. Recently I went beach with friends and when everyone changing to swimwear I just couldnt. Dark underarms and inner thighs. I was standing fully covered while everyone in water. Tried many creams nothing works. Nobody talks about this but so many people have this problem. Two things together can fix this, soft innerwear that stops friction which causes darkness and a good cream that lightens without irritation. Most brands do only one whoever solves both together already has big customer base waiting.
Bowling machines exist for pace but nothing exists for spin, swing and googly.
After using Caindil I started looking at every problem as a opportunity. I was watching an IPL practice session and noticed batsmen using side arms and bowling machines to practice pace. But so many batsmen have real problem with spin, swing, googly, doosra. For pace there is a machine, for spin there is nothing. You have to wait for an actual spinner to show up and in most academies that is not guaranteed. If something like a side arm but for spin variations comes as a solution it would be a game changer. Cricket is huge market not just in India but in many countries and this problem exists at every level.
In this artificial world handmade things feel real and global demand for Indian artisans.
We live in commercial and artificial world. Everything looks artificial. But when you come home after long day and see something handmade in your room it feels different. Trust me it is next to meditation. India has most talented artisans and this talent is totally underrated and underserved. If someone with good marketing and networking becomes bridge between artisans and buyers they can build real business. Take custom orders, deliver with export quality opens global market. Each product with QR code where buyer can scan and watch its story. They are not buying product they are buying an art. India has talent, someone just needs to connect it to world.
Ear Pain During Flights is Something Millions Face Every Day and Nobody Has Fixed It Yet.
Whenever I travel by flight both my ears get painful during landing because of cabin pressure change. I swallow, yawn, use headphones, try everything but nothing works. Millions of people fly every day and so many feel this same pain especially children and elders. A small reusable earplug with a pressure filter that balances cabin pressure automatically would fix this. Airlines can offer it as a paid add on and it becomes a real business.
Semi conductors present and forever boom business to be in.
India is pushing hard to become a semiconductor manufacturing country. Government is investing, But the machines needed to make chips cost tens of millions of dollars and take months to deliver. Small Indian chip makers simply neither afford nor wait that long. In developed countries there is a healthy market for used semiconductor equipment. Buying these old machines, repairs and restores them to working condition like refurbished phones we buy and sells them at much lower price. Almost no competition. Someone who does this for chip making machines is solving a very real and urgent gap.
No hike in job but a 25% spike in my electricity bill. Is it beacuse of AC or the fridge?
Last month my electricity bill spiked by 25% and I dont know why. Is it my AC consuming more, should I get it serviced or replace it. Is it the fridge, geyser or some other appliance I use daily. I have no way to know which one is the problem and i'm paying blindly. If I knew which appliance is consuming more I can fix it, service it or replace it, instead of paying extra every month.
We mechanised everything on the farm except, harvesting(Plucking).
From a farming family. We grow vegetables all year. Ploughing and sowing have machines but that needed only once for a crop. But plucking tomatoes, chillies, brinjal happens every day and still needs people. Labour is hard to find daily. Everything on the farm getting easier, when plucking will be?
Shorts and reels generation still ironing clothes with a 50 year old iron box.
Ironing clothes is always an irritating and time consuming task. We upgraded everything in our homes but the iron box is still the same model from decades ago. Heavy, slow, burns if you leave it for a second too long. New garment blowers and steamers exist but they are expensive and out of reach for most people. The shorts and reels generation wants to look good fast. Nobody has time for a 50 year old ironing routine every morning.
Every morning is a battlefield and all I want is to poop in peace.
Every living organism on earth poops in seconds except human beings. Every morning is a battlefield for us. Food habits have changed, fibre intake is low and we are always rushing. Some days we even skip it and feel dizzy and heavy the whole day. Like how vitamin C comes in liquid form, what if there was a simple fibre drink you take before sleeping. No tablets, no powder. It works overnight and the next morning everything is smooth. Day begins the way we all want it to.
Every morning we give our child a health drink that is half sugar and fully unhealthy.
I recently went to my sister house and saw my nephew drinking his morning health drink. I picked up the pack and checked the label. It was loaded with sugar and preservatives. This is what we give kids thinking it is healthy. They get used to sweetness from very young age, stop eating real food. Instead if there is alternate way small nutrition bites from natural things like ragi, makhana and amla with no sugar and no preservatives paired with a fun habit calendar would give kids real nutrition without any stress for parents.
We buy it, we use it, we throw it. Plastic recycling.
Walked past a dump near a market. Almost everything there was plastic packaging, biscuit wrappers, shampoo bottles, carry bags, water bottles. All from brands we buy every day. The product gets used in minutes. The plastic sits there for years. Nobody collects it, nobody recycles it, Tons of free plastic waste can turn into useful product if someone comes with innovation .
Waiting in a queue is the biggest invisible time killer for people.
I often plan to go to banks, hospitals, government offices but never know how long I should wait. Sometimes I reach and it is a short wait, other times it turns into hours standing in a queue. This often disrupts other important work. If I could just check the expected wait time or rush at that place like malls on weekends or any place before leaving home I can choose better timing to go there. Google Maps tells me traffic, in the same way based on no.of mobile devices at that particular location we can track whether the place is rushed or not, soltuion on this helps long queue places like Tiurpati, voting places etc..
In companies all teams gets the same 1000‑page document. No simple, role‑aware spec‑decoding assistant exists .
When we buy something we get user manual book right, in the same way in big companies employees get whole information about the project in document of 600 and more pages. That passes through all teams and they should read whole thing instead of just their team part. If there is a tool that reads and divide the tasks to hardware, software, designing, testing etc..then teams no need to read whole document. Also as these companies documents are sensitive we cannot use normal Ai tools.
Biggest textile industry the natural rubber segment is completely untouched.
Comfy clothes we wear every day, innerwear gym wear anything that stretches needs elastic. Almost all of it is spandex, plastic based imported material and cannot be recycled. Countries depend on imports for this one material. Natural rubber can be used and it stretches naturally but nobody is processing it and supplying to garment manufacturers. Most people enter textile by white labelling, buying clothes and putting their brand. But there is more here. Procure natural rubber from farmers, process into elastic tapes with cotton cover and supply directly to manufacturers. Long term contracts and no more dependency on imports or crude oil prices.
Next AI will not be a gpt. It will be a private AI twin that thinks, talks and reacts exactly like you.
Not a general AI model where your data goes somewhere. A personal AI, It listens to your calls, reads your texts, understands how you react in different situations and slowly learns everything about you. How you talk to your boss, your friends, how you handle stress. Over time it becomes your clone. It can attend calls, reply to messages and even join meetings the way you would. And the most interesting part is you can talk to it like talking to yourself and actually feel how other people experience you. All data stays on your device. Nobody else sees it.
Can Indian Mooringa be Next Matcha!!!
Matcha started in Japan and became a global billion dollar trend. India has Moringa, clinically proven to lower blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity in diabetics. Millions of diabetics globally need natural daily solutions. Moringa grows right here in India and is still largely unknown. Someone who turns it into a daily drink or supplement the way Matcha did has a massive opportunity waiting.
In 2025 India lost nearly 20000 crore to cyber fraud and this is a global problem.
I am scared to send big amounts to my parents, if they click on any random link that comes on their phone that is it. Bank account to zero and nothing works after that. 21 lakh complaints in India alone in 2025. And still no proper shield for online banking. We are building AI satellites and advanced technology everywhere but why not a proper protection layer that stops fraud before it happens instead of crying after the money is already gone.
Restaurants and theatres sit half empty on weekdays.
Whenever I visit a restaurant or theatre on a regular weekday it is almost empty. They can seat 100 people but maybe 20 show up. The rent is running, staff is there, everything is on but barely earning. At the same time someone in the same area is planning a birthday, an anniversary or a team outing and struggling to find a good affordable venue. These two people exist at the same time in the same city and nobody is connecting them. The business owner gets a full table. The group gets a great deal. Simple as that.
Dr. Yajnik's research, UK born baby vs Indian born baby.
I read an article that shocked me. Dr. Yajnik compared Indian and UK new born baby. Same birth weight but Indian babies had most fat around the belly, UK babies had it spread evenly. Belly fat from birth is why Indians are more prone to diabetes later in life. It all starts from what the mother eats during pregnancy. Every stage of pregnancy has different cravings and the baby needs different nutrients each month. Start a month specific nutrition packs from first to ninth month planned around what baby actually needs at each stage can fix this. Right food at right time for nine months.
Skin glow should come from inside not from external creams and serums.
I believe skin glow should come from inside. Creams and serums make skin look smooth for some time but you become dependent on them and cant stop using. Real glow that lasts comes from what you eat and drink daily. Most people spend thousands on skincare but never see results. There are so many natural antioxidant ingredients like beetroot, carrot many more which if made into a drinkable powder can actually improve skin from inside naturally. No chemicals no dependency, real ingredients that actually work. Skincare products is always a big market.
Most people don't know their skin type and which products suits them #skincare #beauty
Influencers recommend products, people blindly buy, money gets wasted and skin stays the same. Men are getting into skincare these days but they have zero idea where to start. AI face scan tools exist but after the scan they only show you their own brand, not the best product for your skin. And if you have a small budget nobody is telling you the best affordable combo that actually works together.
Retired bankers can help MSME business owners unlock loans
My father retired from banking after 32 years of experience. He reads same newspaper for 10 times and gets bored and wants to do something meaningful with all that experience he has. On the other side millions of MSME business owners in India are eligible for loans, have proper documents but still getting rejected because they dont understand the process. These two people need each other. Retired bankers like my father can guide MSME owners online from home.
Present retail shops have more distributors than customers.
I found this gap in the present market. Retail shops in small towns have to depend on different distributors for different products. Soaps from one, biscuits from another, drinks from someone else. Managing money separately to each one, meeting their minimum orders, coordinating is hectic for a small shop owner. We used to have a retail shop and I seen this closely. Something that helps tier 3 retail shops order everything from one place with one delivery and one payment would genuinely change how they run their business every single day.
Platform that replicates real interviews helps us to practice and stress free for actual job interviews.
Last week I gave an interview and got very nervous and tensed even though I had prepared well. All that preparation felt useless in the moment. Lakhs of graduates face this every year. A platform that replicates real interviews across all rounds, HR, technical.. for all roles and sector, gives a score and proper feedback after each session would change how we prepare. Practice like that makes ready for actual interview.
India sells home decor to the world but still depends on imports in premium home decor sector.
India is the second largest exporter of home decor globally. But when an Indian family wants something premium for their own home, most of it still comes from imports worth over ₹20,000 crore every year. The skill, the craft and the raw material all exist here. But there is no affordable quality brand built for the Indian home.
